Very good article Normi. I have a first edition hardcover of the Complete Book of Running. I've read it numerous times along with all of Sheehan and Henderson's books. Those classics from the early days still hold up against anything new in running literature. And yes, I've read a lot of those too. It makes one wonder just how much more can be written about such a simple activity as running.
