The best part of retirement for me is the freedom to do what I want to do and not what someone else wants. It may seem a little selfish at first but it's really just about taking control of my life after all those years of living according to policies and procedures and the latest whims of upper management. One thing some retirees have trouble with is realizing that it's now ok to not have a job. And that can be hard with the way most of us grew up here in the US.
