Hey Jordan, it appears that we are on opposite ends when it comes to Christianity. That's ok because we are all free to choose what we believe.

I choose to believe that God exists and that we are created in the image of God. I believe that Jesus is the son of God/God in human form come to earth to show us the path to God's presence and how to treat our fellow humans.

I support you in choosing what you believe and won't criticize you or try to convert you. God gave you free will, exercise it as you wish.

Some people choose to read the Bible and cherry pick the objectionable parts to base their beliefs on. I choose to read the Bible and sure, cherry pick, the parts on love, forgiveness and less judgment.
