Good luck and stick with that physical therapy. I have arthritis in both knees, both hips and lower back. In 2019 I thought the arthritis in my back had ended my running. After it caused a pinched nerve, it took me a year to get back to a one mile run. I doubt I'll ever run another marathon but I did slowly trot through the 5K and 10K road races at last year's Senior Games. Don't give up hope.
