Excellent! As a craft beer nerd, 115 microbreweries visited to date, I really enjoyed this. Although I've never tried brewing, I've run across beers in my travels that were "mistakes". Most of them should have been included in the breweries regular rotation. Do you have a particular style that you consider your specialty?
